Our clinics were one of the many abortion providers who were mailed handcuffs and a note that began with "Could you be next?" from the Pro-Life Action League. We unlocked the cuffs before taking the photo because we believe women should be free of stigma and judgment and abortion providers should be free to provide care without intimidation.

The anti-abortion group that sent the cuffs said they just want to have a conversation. Pro-choice advocates say this is run-of-the-mill intimidation.
