Appointments are usually available within a few days of your phone call. When you call to make an appointment (800-572-4223) have your calendar ready and plan to be on the phone for about 10 minutes. Bilingual Spanish-English phone counselors will take your call. If you don’t speak English or Spanish, call the language line at 800-874-9428. We can also help arrange an Interpreter for your appointment.
In Washington State, low-income pregnant women may sign up to get free health care paid by DSHS. Call the hotline at 877-980-9131.
If you need a 2 or 3-day procedure, plan to stay overnight within 30 minutes of the clinic. Local motels offer special rates for our clients. Ask us when you call to make your appointment.
If you choose the optional anesthesia (deep sedation, comfort sleep, or conscious sedation) you cannot drive afterward so arrange to have a driver take you home.
Payment is required at your first appointment. We accept DSHS medical coupons, cash, money order, debit, MasterCard, Visa, and most insurance. No checks. Our staff will pre-verify insurance.
No alcohol or street drugs 24 hours prior to your appointment. No children allowed inside the clinic.
When you are at the clinic, we will give you the 24-hour emergency hotline number so that you can reach us if you have questions or concerns.
